When will my order be shipped ?
The current manufacturing time is 3 days, after that your order will be shipped and the delivery time depends of your country but it’s around 8 To 12 Business days. For some countries, it’s less and for some it’s more, that’s depends of the Postal Service of your country.

What is the price for the delivery ?
All prices included free delivery, worldwide. You can choose to paid the Express Shipping to have your order faster.

Do you deliver to my country ?
We deliver to all countries except Mexico, South Africa and United Arab Emirates (due to many delivery problems and lost packages.)

I have not received my order, what should I do ?
Our delivery usually takes 8 to 12 business days. If you don’t get your order after 12 days, kindly contact us on the contact page and our team will check if there is a problem.

How do I change or cancel my order ?

I have returned my order, when I will have my refund ?
As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will let you know and we’ll make the refund. Please be informed that it can takes up to two weeks for you to get the refund of your money on your bank account.
